Discord Server (Guild) IDs
Channel IDs (for command routing)
Commands issued to the Bot
Timestamps of use
Flags or settings tied to server or user preferences
If the Bot allows things like custom tags, logs, configurations, or music queues, that content is also stored as needed for functionality.
We do NOT collect:
Messages not intended for the bot
Passwords or personal login credentials
Payment information
Location data
Direct message content unless explicitly triggered by the user via a bot command

Enable server-specific customizations

Data is stored securely in industry-standard systems.
Access is limited to the bot owner/developer(s).
We do not share your data with third parties.
Most usage data is stored for as long as necessary to support functionality.
If you remove the bot from your server, associated server-specific data may be deleted automatically or via request.
You may:
Request to view the data associated with your User ID or Server ID
Request deletion of your data
Contact us at any time regarding data usage
If the Bot integrates with external APIs (e.g., YouTube, OpenAI, Spotify), their data policies also apply. We do not control their behavior or store their data beyond what's necessary for the feature.
We may update this Privacy Policy. If significant changes are made, we will notify users via a pinned message in the support server or update notice in the bot.
